  3. In a small bowl, add 1 tbsp powdered sugar to the chopped cherries & keep aside.
  4. In a mixing bowl, add whipped cream, 1 tbsp powdered sugar, and softened butter.
  5. Whisk until stiff peak come out.
  6. Fill the cream into a piping bag with a star nozzle.
  7. Take 3 small glass, first add 1 tbsp cake crumbs in each glass and with the help of another small glass label it.
  8. Add 1 tsp cherry mixture.
  9. Add the whipping cream with the help of piping bag & label it with a spoon.
  10. Repeat the same for another layer.
  11. Spread rainbow sprinkles & chopped cherries over it.
  12. Lastly garnish with whole cherries & mint leaves and enjoy.
