This Ligurian Focaccia, is the most classic, Italian Focaccia recipe. Soft and spongy inside it's generously coated with extra virgin olive oil and large coarse sea salt that creates the perfect crust. Focaccia is a puffy Italian flatbread made using plenty of olive oil and with a distinctive dimpled top. It is a yeasted bread and so follows a normal knead/rise/prove process but during the shaping and finishing that it takes on its familiar appearance.

- I added some olives, capsicum, jalapeno, coriander and shredded mozzarella on the top.
- Preheat the oven at 200 and ur the bread inside. It will be done in 40-50 minutes.
- I took it out from oven, cut it out from the centre and spread butter and chicken spread inside. Enjoy freshly baked Focaccia ❤️
