  12. Prepare 3 tbsp Olive oil
  13. Prepare 1 medium Onion
  14. Take 2 tsp Garlic paste
  15. Take 1 tbsp Basil leaves
  16. Prepare 1/2 tsp Lemon zest
  17. Prepare 1 can Tomato (whole)
  18. Prepare 2 tsp Tomato paste
  19. Prepare 2 tbsp 1-2 tbsp of 4 cheese pasta sauce

  21. Get 1/4 tsp Ground pepper
  22. Make ready 1 tsp Cayenne powder (for heat)
  23. Take 1/4 tsp Paprika
  24. Prepare 1 tsp Crushed beef bouillon cube
  25. Take 1/4 cup Water

Tip the beef mince, the cooled onion mix, the breadcrumbs and eggs into a large bowl. In a large saucepan over medium heat, saute onion and garlic in olive oil until onion is translucent. Stir in tomatoes, salt, sugar and bay leaf. While the tomato sauce is cooking, prepare the meatballs.

Instructions to make Italian Meatball Spaghetti:
  1. Mix the meatball ingredients in a bowl with your hands
  2. With your hands, make round balls of meat and place them on a tray. Refrigerate until sauce is ready
  3. In a pan, heat up the olive oil and fry for 3 minutes. Add in garlic and fry for 3 more.
  4. Add the whole tomatoes in along with tomato paste and the 4 cheese pasta sauce. Mix well. Add salt and pepper with basil leaves and lemon zest, cayenne powder, paprika, bouillon cube and water
  5. Mix everything cover and cook under low heat for 20 minutes
  6. After 20 minutes add it 2 teaspoon of sugar then cook again on low heat for another 5 minutes until tomatoes are tender and the sauce is thick
  7. Add in the meatballs slowly one by one (make sure they have space between echother) cover it and let it simmer under low heat for 15 minutes
  8. After 15 minutes, flip the meatballs to the other side so it could cook for another 15 minutes on low heat (at this point, meatballs won't break)
  9. The meatballs are fully cooked! Serve on top of spaghetti and garnished with chopped parsley . For the real deal, serve with garlic bread !
