Instructions to make Chocolate Cake:
  1. Mix eggs and powdered sugar together in a big bowl. Mix them together for 2 to 3 minute. (I mix them with hand beater or whisk). Use same size of cups and spoons.
  2. Mix flour, yeast and baking soda together in a different bowl. After mixing them all pour this mixture in the big bowl containing mixture of eggs & powdered sugar. Now mix them all together well.
  3. While mixing the batter add oil, butter, coco powder in the bowl.
  4. After mixing them all together, leave that batter for 15 to 20 minutes at room temperature.
  5. On the other hand, take the bowl in which you will pour the cake batter to bake. Grease that bowl with oil. Cut the butter paper according to the size of the baking bowl covering the sides as well.
  6. After 15 to 20 minute rest, pour that cake batter into the greased bowl. Do check the cake with a sharp knife or long wood stick if it is ready or not. Baking time 1.5 to 2 hours. Low flame.
  7. Setting up the cooker. Preheat the cooker before putting the bowl inside it. Put something inside the cooker e.g stand or any small brick on which you will put the bowl. Main purpose is to put it on a little height. Do REMOVE the RUBBER of the cooker while baking, it is NOT needed. Bake your cake at a very low heat.
  8. Wet your sponge with this syrup: 1 table spoon of nutella, 1 tablespoon coco powder, 1 table spoon honey, 2 tablespoon milk, 1 tablespoon jam any of your choice (I have used peach jam in this cake). Mix these all in a cup of small bowl and pour it on the sponge using a normal size spoon. I have cut the cake from the center and pour the half syrup in the center and other half on the top of the cake. DONOT heat up anything in this step only mix and pour.
  9. Garnishing: I used a normal size bar of dairymilk (you can use any chocolate). Mix the chocolate with milk, make a thick mixture. Cover the cake with this chocolate mixture. You can add up sprinkles or chocolate chips for garnishing.
