DO NOT PICK ON THE CENTER WHERE THE DOUGH IS LOCATED.
  3. in a med bowl, idea an electric mixer to combine the butter and sugars until smooth and creamy. mix the flour, milk, and extracts and continue to mix until well combined. YOU CAN USE 2 1/2-3CUPS OF WHITE SUGAR IF U WANT.
  4. frost cupcakes with either rubber spatula, knife or scoop. add mini chocolate chips and enjoy
