- Cut bread into cubes (size is personal preference. Mine were about an inch or less)
- Put all the other ingredients in a microwave safe container and microwave 1 minute. Let sit for a minute or two for dried seasonings to bloom.
- Preheat oven at 350°. Line baking sheet with foil. Put cubed bread in large mixing bowl and while stirring slowly pour butter/olive oil mix over it to coat but not drench bread cubes.
- Put single layer bread cubes on baking sheet and bake 15 minutes. Turn oven off and wait 5-10 minutes then remove to cool.
- When cooled place in airtight container. I used gallon sized zip lock bag.
Combine the remaining ingredients; drizzle over bread and toss to coat. In a large bowl, toss cubed bread with oil and butter until evenly coated. Add in salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, rosemary, and Parmesan, and toss to. Slice bread into one inch cubes. Add to a medium sized bowl.
