  6. Take the biscuit base out of the fridge and add the cream mixture, smoothing down evenly, finely grate some of the chocolate over the cheesecake then shave curled shards with the rest, put into the fridge for at least 4 hours, enjoy!

Press into the bottom of a cake tin and set aside. Mix the caster sugar and cream cheese together until smooth. Whisk cream until thick and add to the cream cheese. Add the Baileys® and fold together. Sieve in the icing sugar, add the Baileys and stir until combined.
