  7. Only fill your baking pan to half level. Never fill the mixture to the top. Bake for 30 minutes on the lower rack. Remove the top rack. Let the cake cool on a rack for at least 30 minutes before removing them front the pan. Note: the cake needs to cool completely before you begin icing your cake.
  8. Beat 8 ozs. of cream cheese and 1/2 stick of butter (soften) together with an electric mixer until smooth. Slowly add confectioned sugar, beat until it is smooth. melt 1/3 cup of white chocolate in the microwave for 55 seconds. note: if you keep the chocolate in the microwave longer than 55 seconds could possibly burn your chocolate. Once chocolate is melted, gradually add your chocolate mixture into the frosting mix, stirring until just combined. Once you iced your cake, you can add white chocolate pieces and whole pecans to the top of your cake as as a finishing touch.

It is rich and buttery and covered in a decadent white chocolate ganache. And because I like to keep things easy, this is a Bundt cake. I kind of love Bundt cakes.
