Sauté chopped onion & crushed garlic in saucepan in extra oil until transparent, add lemon juice, lemon rind, tomato sauce, brown sugar, mustard, curry powder, vinegar, soy sauce, salt and pepper. - Now, add the remaining half of the ginger & garlic paste. Also, add onion, tomato, curry leaves & green chilli.
- Then, add the fried chicken, chilli powder, coriander powder and salt.
- Finally, add half cup of water and mix it well until the chicken is cooked.
