- In a pan take 3 Cups milk, Heat on Medium flame.Keep stirring.Add cocoa Powder,Butter and sugar.Mix well and Keep stirring till the milk mixture is lumpfree.Let it Boil till it's quantity becomes half.Now add 100 gm dark chocolate and stirr well till chocolate melts and the mixture becomes thick like chocolate sauce.off the flame.Take it out in a bowl.Let it cool.
- Add the chocolate sauce to pieces of Biscuits.Mix well.Take a Butter paper,spread the Biscuits chocolate mixture on it as We want to make compact roll of Butter paper.Closeboth ends.
- Chocolate biscuits rolls are ready.keep these rolls in a Plate and keep in fridge for 2 hrs to set.
- In a pan Heat the fresh Cream till it boils.Now add 100 gm dark chocolate in it.Mix well till it incorporates well with cream.Smooth,shiny chocolate ganache gets ready.Take out the butter paper from the rolls and place them on a rack which is placed in a Plate.Pour chocolate ganache over the cake roll till it gets coated well on all sides.Leave it and let it cool for an hour.
- Put the cake roll on board,cut into 1 cm thick cake discs.serve in a Plate.ENJOY !!
