  4. Pour the cake batter evenly between the two prepared cake pans. Bake for 30-35 minutes, until a toothpick or cake tester inserted in the center comes out clean.
  5. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for about 10 minutes, remove from the pan and cool completely.

Stir with a whisk or wooden spoon until well mixed. Sift together the flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt. Grease one large or two medium baking tins. Sieve flour and cocoa into a bowl and stir in sugar. Makes Depends on cake tin size.
